Happy Thanksgiving Shaped Card!!

Hello Crafty Friends!! 

Larissa here today to share a Festive Thanksgiving Shaped Card using several Products in ways they weren’t intended!! I LOVE to look at my Products and find NEW ways to use them when I’m creating!! I hope I’ll inspire you today to look at your Products and use them in a NEW way to for your Crafting needs!! 

I Started by Hot Foiling a piece of Gingham Patterned Paper using the Art Deco Dance Foil Plate along with some Deco Foil Hot Foil in Copper!! SWOON!! I LOVE to Hot Foil, but if your haven’t tried Hot Foiling on Patterned Paper I hope this INSPRES to give this Technique a try!! It’s such a Simple Process and it adds SO MUCH to the finished Design!!

Here’s a Close up look at the Finished results!! AMAZING right!! Not only do you have an AMAZING Double Design, but the Sparkle and Shine from the Hot Foil makes it feel even more SPECIAL!! 

Next I Die Cut several Flowers, some Leaves and one of the Floral Clusters using the Garden Flowers Die Set!! I used Distress Oxide Inks to add shading to the Flowers and then added White Gel Pen Highlights along with some Gorgeous Golden Baubles and Soft Peach Baubles to the Center of the Flowers!! I LOVE these details as the add so much Life to them!! Then I Die Cut the Pieces of the Pumpkin Shaped Card Die Set Inking them all for some added Dimension and then adhering them to the Kraft Cardstock Cardbase!! 

Next I created this SWEET Pilgrim Hat using Dies from the Oh so Spooky Gnome Die Set!! When looking through my Dies I realized that the Body of the Gnome Image resembled a Pilgrim Hat so, Die Cut the Base from some Hash Patterned Paper and then the Hat Band from some Kraft Cardstock and the Buckle from Gold Glitter Cardstock!! In order to make the band fit all the way across the Hat, I had to cut 2 and then I cut one of the Bands in half and adhered them on either edge using the Full Band to make sure that the placement was correct adhering the whole band over the edges of the 2 Cut pieces to create one larger Band!! Then I adhered the Gold Glitter Buckle!! I added some Black Distress Oxide Ink for some Shading and some White Gel Pen Highlights!! SQUEAL!! How FUN is this Pilgrim Hat!!?? This Image could be used for Cards, Scrapbook Page Layouts, Gift Tags for Kids School Treats  or even Art Journals!! The uses are ENDLESS and this wasn’t even the purpose of this Die!! Makes me SO HAPPY to be able to find NEW ways to use my Dies!! 

Next I Stamped and Embossed the Happy Thanksgiving Sentiment from the Hap-Pie Stamp Set using Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! Then I Die Cut the Sentiment out using the coordinating Hap-Pie Die Set!! I adhered it to the Card using some Foam Tape for some Dimension and I LOVE the way it turned out!! 

I added the Wishing You a Full-Filling Holiday Sentiment from the Hap-Pie Stamp Set using Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! Then I Die Cut the Sentiment out using the coordinating Hap-Pie Die Set!! I adhered it to inside of the Card and  LOVE how it finishes off the Design!! 

So there you have it, a Festive Thanksgiving Shaped Card using several Products in ways they weren’t intended!! I LOVE to look at my Products and find NEW ways to use them when I’m creating!!
