Happy Thanksgivin

Hi there! Silvia’s back to the Trinity Stamps blog today sharing with you a Fall themed card.

I started die cutting a panel with one of the biggest die from the “Modern Embossed A7 Layers” set and I ink blended it with tumbled glass, faded jeans and prize ribbon Distress Oxide inks. I also splattered it with clean water and a bit of picket fence Distress reinker. Next I applied some snow storm Nuvo mousse with a blending brush through the gorgeous “Seasonal Winds” stencil.

I decided to create a Fall scene on my card, so I first stamped the “Beautiful Breeze” stamp set mixing together vintage photo, fired brick, crackling campfire and peeled paint Distress Oxide inks and then I heat embossed the leaves using Distress embossing glaze in the same colors as the inks.

I stamped images from “Sleepy Hollow”, “Nutty Squirrel” and “Harvest Rainbow” stamp sets, I colored them with alcohol markers and I cut them with coordinating dies (here, here and here).

I put everything together, I added a sentiment from the “Pick of the Patch” stamp set and voilà my finished card.
