Happy Halloween Haunted House

Ilina here! I hope you are excited about the new release as much as I am! So many new and fun products!!! For today’s card I decided to use the Haunted House cut out die and create a Halloween card. 

And if you know me, I love to use card stock strips on my cards and this one is no exception. Besides the new Haunted House die, I used the A sentiment for (almost) everything and the newly release coordinating dies.

To make the card I started by cutting piece of black card stock measuring 4″ x 5 1/4″ and cut out the haunted house. I cut bunch of strips measuring 1/4″ and 1/2″ from gray, orange, pink and plum card stock. 

 

Next, I took a piece of white card stock (or any other color you have handy) that measures 4″ x 5 1/4″ and adhered the strips. You will notice that the top and bottom are not covered, because when you adhere it behind the scene die cut, this part won’t be visible. 

 

Adhere the black die cut on top of the stripped background. Next, stamp the sentiment on black card stock and emboss in white, die cut with the coordinating die. Adhere to the panel.

Adhere several Slate Trinkets Iridescent Rhinestones shapes mix and add the panel to a top folding white note card.
