Gingerbird House-One Stamp, Three Ways with Designer Emily M!

Happy Monday Crafty Friends! Hope you had a wonderful weekend! Today I’m sharing three cards using the soon to be released, November 1st at 8:00 PST to be exact, Gingerbird House with Coordinating Dies. This set is AMAZING! It has so many elements to decorate a Gingerbird House but also several holiday elements that can be used on their own.

All of my cards, I colored all of the images using Zig Clean Brush Markers on Smooth Bristol Card stock. I used a bunch of Zigs but these are the main colors that I used: Turquoise Green, Persian Green, Cobalt Blue, Red, Carmine Red, Geranium Red, Dark Pink, Pink Haze, Shadow Mauve, Beige, Oatmeal ).

Gingerbird Home Tweet Home

I love decorating gingerbread houses for the holidays with real frosting and candies but I have to say decorating a Gingerbird house with paper, glue and embellishments was a ton of fun and I can’t wait to make more! After coloring all of the images, I adhered the fence and string of lights to the base of my card panel. Then I adhered the birdhouse with foam squares. The I used a combination of foam squares and Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive to add all the yummy decorations. The sentiment was stamped with VersaFine Clair Nocturne Ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder. To finish the card with a little extra pop, I added some Red Nuvo Drops and my favorite peppermint candy embellishments.

Christmas Wishes

With the extra images that I colored for the Gingerbird house, I created a clean and simple holiday card. I scattered the images across the right side of the card panel and adhered with Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive. Then I die cut Christmas from the soon to be release Merry Christmas SentiMini Coordinating Die set and stamped “Wishes” from the Merry Christmas SentiMini 3×4 Stamp Set. Both products will be released on Friday, November 1st at 8:00 am PST. To finish the card, I added some red Nuvo drops for a little extra pop and adhered the card panel to red card stock.

Season Tweetings

For my third project, I created a clean and simple card using the cute little bird images and the string of lights. For a little extra holiday flair, I added some Santa hats to the birds. After adhering the pieces to the card panel, I stamped the Season Tweetings Sentiment with Versafine Clair Nocturne Ink and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.

So there we are friends, three cards using the new; holiday image-packed Gingerbird House stamp set that will be released as part of the Winter Release on November 1st.

I hope you enjoyed my cards today and look forward to sharing a new project with you next week. Until then, you can find me on Instagram @popsofpaper and over on my blog www.popsofpaper.com.
