Elegant Christmas

Hi there! Silvia’s here with you today sharing an elegant Christmas card.

I started cutting a stripe of white cardstock and I placed the “Cake and Candles” stencil over there, putting a piece of washi tape in the middle to create a space for the sentiment.

I then ink blended candles alternating cherry kisses red and fresh mint water reactive inks, while I used squeezed lemonade and spice marmelade Distress inks.

I torned edges by hand, I darkend with vintage photo Distress ink and I splattered with clean water and white and gold acrylic paints.

I then die cut a pice of kraft cardstock with the “Argyle Stitch Background” die set, I splattered with white and gold acrylic paints and I got white paint on the edges.

I stamped one of the sentiment from the “Elegant Christmas Sentiments” stamp set in the centre of the candles  and I put everything together with liquid glue.
