Cheers! Hoppy Beer-day

Helloooooo and welcome back to the Trinity Stamps’ blog! Silvia’s here with you today with a masculine birthday card.

I started cutting a panel from kraft cardstock with the biggest die from the “Modern Embossed Rectangle Stack” set. I inked the new and so cool “Double Line Check Background” stamp set with rusty hinge Distress Oxide ink and I stamped on my panel. I then inked the same stamp set with ground espresso Distress Oxide ink  and I stamped it on the panel sliding it a bit aside.

I darkened edges with ground espresso Distress Oxide ink and I splattered with white, dark brown and gold Distress paints.

I then cut a strip of white paper with a deckle trimmer and I created a pattern on it with the “Polkadot Pattern Background” stamp set inked with scattered straw Distress Oxide ink.

I then stamped two beer glasses from the “Here’s to Brew” stamp set on watercolor paper, I colored them with Distress watercolor pencils and I fussy cut them ’cause I didn’t stamped the handles.

I heat embossed the sentiment in gold on brown cardstock and I cut it with coordinating dies.

I put everything together using a mix of liquid glue and foam tape, I added some sequins from the “Espresso Grounds Confetti” embellishment and that’s all.

Here are some close-ups.

Thank you so much for stopping by.

I wish you an amazing new week. Big hugs, Silvia.
