Blind Date Jitters

Happy Friday to you!  Katie here today with two fun card that I hope will make you chuckle. 

I made these two fun cards so they were both 4.25 by 4.25.  I stamped the images from the Here Spore You Stamp Set on white using my Misti. Next, I colored them with my Copics (R46, R37, R35, R14 Y21, Y31, E11, YG25) and added some gel highlights.  Then I cut them out using the Here Spore You Coordinating Die Set.  I set those aside.  I cut some white circles using my Modern Embossed Edge Circle Dies and then added color to the background using my Blending Buddy and Mowed Lawn and Salty Ocean Inks.  I spritzed the background with water and let it dry.  Then I added my image with foam tape, added clouds from the Funshine Rainbow Die and Feeling Mushy embellishments with glue dots.  On the white base, I used the Slimline Lots of Dots Stencil with Candy Apple Distress Oxide.  I mounted my circle with foam tape.  I stamped the sentiment on red cardstock and cut them out with one of our banner dies.  

I like to image these two were on a blind date and one of them enjoyed it, while the other one… well… “Oh Shitake!” hahaha, quite the fun way to think of them eh. Here is a close up of the second.

I personally like the second one best, because it makes me laugh. I hope that you like them both
