You Put the Swirl in my Fro-yo
Hi everyone!
Ilina here! Today I am sharing a card using the super cute die set by Carrie Rhoades called Fro-yo Friends, along with the coordinating stencil and also coordinating sentiment stamp set (Greetings Fro-Yo cards).
To make the card start by die cutting the pieces you would like to use from colored cardstock, I used pale pink and teal, along with red and green for the strawberries.

Next, using the swirl stencil and three different pink ink shades stencil the top.

Now, that you have all the pieces together and ready, you can assemble the fro-yo cup and then add the two strawberries. I added some ink blending on the bottom of the cup, also the spoon. Once your fro-yo cup is assembled and you have added the spoon and strawberries, stamp sentiment using dark teal. I did perform stamp surgery here, and cut the long sentiment in two pieces so it can fit on the cup. You can still line up the two sections of the stamp and stamp it as a whole one line sentiment.
Next, die cut white rectangle using the A2 Modern Embossed rectangles die set. Using foam tape adhere the fro-yo cup to it.
Cut panel of patterned paper from your stash, I used one with pink stripes, to A2 size ( 5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″) and adhere the panel, again using foam tape. Now you can adhere the entire piece to a white card base! And your card is done!
Thank you so much for stopping by. Hope you have the most amazing day!
