Welcome Gnome, Little One Card!!
Hello Crafty Friends!!
Larissa here today to share a SWEET Baby Card using the NEW Little Gnome Nappers Stamp Set!! I ADORE the Images in this set as I think they could be used for so many Occasions just by changing the Sentiments!! 
I Started by Stamping and Embossing the Image from the NEW Little Gnome Nappers Stamp Set onto White Cardstock using Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! Then I colored the Image in using Copic Markers!!
Turquoise: BG000, BG13 & BG45 Red: R00, R4 & R39 Skin: E00, E11 & E13
Brown: E40, E43 & E47 Green: YG61 & YG67 Grey: N0, N3 & N5
Then I used the coordinating NEW Little Gnome Nappers Die Set to Die Cut the Image out!!
Next I Die Cut the Card Front Panel using the Modern Embossed Window Panel #1 Die Set from some White Cardstock!! I Stamped and Embossed the Sentiment using Versa Fine Black Onyx Ink and WoW Clear Gloss Embossing Powder!! Then I created my A2 Cardbase from some White Cardstock and Inked the front of the Panel with some Distress Oxide Ink in Mustard Seed!! I added some Water Splatters for some Texture as well as some Gold Metallic Watercolor Splatters for some Sparkle and Shine!! 
I adhered the Card Panel to the Cardbase using some Foam Tape for Dimension!! Then I adhered the Image using Foam Tape behind the Image for some Dimension!! To finish of the Design I added a scattering of some Fairy Rock Rhinestones!! SWOON!! I LOVE the simplicity of this Card and all of the Sparkle and Shine!! I hope it INSPIRES you to create a Card for a NEW Little One or for ANY Occasion you may need a Card for simply be changing up the Sentiment!!
