Snow One Stacks Up to You

Hi everyone,

Ilina here! Today  I am sharing a card using the Snow stacks stamp set and the coordinating die and using partial die cutting technique to create todays card.

To make the card start with an A2 piece ( 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″) of watercolor paper. Stamp the image and sentiment using black waterproof ink. I used Versafine Clair and then embossed using clear embossing powder (you can also heat set the ink as it’s slower to dry on watercolor paper instead of embossing it, but I like the dimension and shine the embossing provides)

Use watercoloring medium of your choice to color the image. I used Zig Clean Color Real Brush markers.

Next, position and secure the die over the image. Position between your cutting plates in a way that the bottom part of the snowmen is not covered in order to do partial die cutting and run in through your die cutting machine.

trim on the sides to remove the top piece. I used a ruler to draw lines where I needed to cut and then used scissors, but you can also use a paper trimmer or craft knife if that is your preferred method.

Cut piece of patterned paper to 4 1/4″ x 5 1/2″. Using foam adhesive adhere the image.

Next create a A2 top folding white note card/card base and adhere the whole panel. And your card is complete!!!

Thank you so much for stopping by. Hope you have an amazing day!
