Happy Holidays Card
Hello crafty friends! Silvia’s here with you today with a new hot cocoa inspired festive card.

I started cutting a panel from pink cardstock and I used one of the beautiful 6×6 background stamp and lumberjack plaid Distress Oxide ink to create a pattern on it.
I darkened edges with saltwater taffy, kitsch flamingo and lumberjack plaid Distress Oxide inks, I loosened a bit of lumberjack plaid Oxide ink with water and I tapped the edges of the inky panel in it.
Once dry I made the same with a bit of white acrylic paint, I splattered it with gold and light pink acrylic paints and I set it aside.

I die cut all the pieces I needed to build my hot cocoa cup from textured colored cardstock with the “Coffee on the Go” die set, the “Cup Character-Gingerbread” die set for the candy swirl, the “Beary Cute Layered Mug” die set for the whipped cream and the “Boo Brew” die set for the cinnamon sticks .
I also die cut the super cute little snowman using the “Tiny Snowman” set and I glued all the pieces together.

I added Distress snowfall paste and cler rock candy Distress Glitter on the snowman, on the candy swirl and on the whipped cream and I let it dry.

I stamped the sentiment in light blue on the cup label with the “Simply Sentimental: Holidays” stamp set and I put everything together using a mix of liquid glue and foam tape.

I die cut some stars from gold glittered cardstock with the “Tiny Christmas Tree” set, I glued them here and there on the card and that’s all.

Thank you so much for stopping by today.
Have a fantastic new week. Big hugs, Silvia.
