Happy Summer Birthday Card
Hello there and happy Monday! Silvia’s here with you today sharing a Summer birthday card.

I started cutting a 4,25″x5,5″ panel from a light blue cardstock and I draw two borders with a pencil.
I then used one of the wave border dies from the “Tiny Island” set to cut waves on the whole panel, as you can see in the picture below.

I erased the pencil lines and I darkened edges blending broken china and mermaid lagoon Distress Oxide inks with a buddy blending brush.

I splattered with clean water, tone on tone inks and some sparkle translucent paint I set it aside.

I used the “Tiny Island” die set also to cut two palm trees and a tiny Island from colored cardstock.

I darkened edges with vintage photo Distress Oxide ink. I splattered with dark brown, white and gold acrylic paints and I glued them together with liquid glue.

I used the “Simply Sentimental-Birthday” die set to cut the birthday word and its outline from two different pink shades cardstock and the “Simply Sentimental-Birthday” stamp set to complete the sentiment.

I put everything together and I added some little stars that I die cut with the “Tiny Acquarium” die set and I colored with alcohol markers.

That’s all.
Thank you so much for stopping by today and I hope you’ll enjoy the card as much as I do.
Have a fantastic new week. Big hugs, Silvia.
