12 Days of Christmas Tags – Day 6

Hello my friends! Silvia’s back on the Trinity Stamps blog today for day 6 of the 12 Days of Christmas tags series! 

I started cutting two shaped bases from white cardstock with the “Take-Out Coffee Cup Shaped Card”.

I stamped on the back of it some snowflakes, a sentiment and a red heart from the “Insider Sentiments-Christmas” stamp set, I darkened edges with the same ink used for the snowflakes.

I fold them and I glued them together to make some sturd tags.

I then used the “Coffee on the Go” die set to cut the red and pink bodies and the two lids, that I ink blended with a grey ink.

I die cut the other pieces I needed to make my tags from the “Cup Character-Santa Add-on”, I darkened edges with vintage photo Distress Oxide ink, I splattered with white acrylic paint and I used the new Shading Sidekick Blending Brush to add a pinch of color to Santa’s cheek.

I put everything together with liquid glue and a make a hole on the lid using a crop a dile.

I added a piece of red and white twine and a tiny glittered bow from the “Holiday Candle & Botanical” die set.
