Wishing you the Sweetest Birthday

Hello crafty friends and welcome back to the Trinity Stamps blog today. Silvia’s here with you with a birthday card featuring some goodies from the amazing new release!

I started cutting a panel from white cardstock and I ink blended it with saltwater taffy Distress Oxide ink. I then applied the “Halftone Texture” stencil over it and I blended picked raspberry and festive berries Distress Oxide inks.

I darkened edges with vintage photo Distress Oxide ink, I splattered with clean water and white and gold acrylic paints and I set it aside.

I then created my own stencil using the candle die from the new “You Take the Cake” set and I used it to create a rainbow of candle on a stripe of white cardstock. To make it I applied lumberjack plaid, picked raspberyy, spice marmelade, mowed lawn, broken china, seedle preserved and villainous potion Distress Oxide inks with the new and so fantastic Shading Sidekick blending brushes.

I splattered with clen water and white and gold acrylic paints and I glued it over the pink stenciled background.

Once dry I composed the sentiment mixing up the “Simply Sentimental: Sweet” stamp set and the “Simply Sentimental: Sweet” die set.

I put everything together using my favorite liquid glue ever, the Crafty Gluefriend, and that’s all.
