VIDEO: Summery Sweet Ink-Smooshing!

Hi friends! Jessica Frost-Ballas here and today I’m excited to share a video tutorial for this sweet ink-smooshed anniversary card!  You can find a video tutorial for this card below or at this link.

I start by smooshing picked raspberry, squeezed lemonade, and tumbled glass distress ink onto a panel of watercolor paper.  I add splatters of water and sprays of distress spritz in the same colors to get a shimmery vibrant background.  I let it dry and then add shadows with the Layered Popsicle stencil set.

Then I die-cut the Popsicle shape from an A2 panel of white cardstock. I add acetate to the back of the panel and use foam tape to build up a shaker card.  I fill the shaker with the Multicolor Meteorite, Dimensional Diamond, andBubble Blow Out Flat Back Bauble Embellishment Mixes and then seal up the shaker with the ink-smooshed panel.  To finish the card, I add sentiments from Simply Sentimental: Sweet and a few more splatters of distress ink and spritz!
