Happy 4th of July everybody!! I couldn’t wait to play with the new Layering Fireworks Stencil for this occasion.
I stamped out Lady Liberty and masked the image and created my background with Distress Oxides. Once that was dry, I added my first layer of fireworks with more Distress Oxides and pigment inks. For my second layer I used Shimmer Paste to add a bit of sparkle and dimension.
I colored Lady Liberty with Copics and added a white heat embossed sentiment to finish off the card.
