Happy Hoppy Easter
Hello crafty friends! Silvia’s back here on the Trinity Stamps blog today and I’m so happy to share with you a funny Easter card.

I started cutting a 5,5″x4,25″ panel from white cardstock and I colored it appling kitsch flamingo, carved pumpkin, squeeze lemonade, mowed lawn, broken china and wilted violet Distress Oxide inks through the “Layered Eggs” stencil with the amazing “Clingy Craftmate”.

I darkened edges with vintage photo Distress Oxide ink and I splattered with clean water and white and gold acrylic paints.

I then used the new and so fantastic “Easter Basket Add-on” die set to cut the cute bow from lilac cardstock and some Easter eggs from colored cardstock.
I darkened them with vintage photo Distress Oxide ink, I splattered with white and gold acrylic paints and I set them aside.

I stamped one of the cute bunnies from the “Hip Hop Hooray” stamp set, I colored it with alcohol markers and I cut it with coordinating dies.

At this point I used a deckle trimmer to cut a white stripe, I ink blended it in the middle with shabby shutters and salvaged patina Distress Oxide inks, I splattered with clean water and tone on tone inks and I glued it on the background.

I die cut the word “Easter” from purple cardstock with the “Simply Sentimental-Easter” die set and I put everything together using a mix of liquid glue and foam tape.

I stamped the word “happy” from the “Simply Sentimental-Easter” stamp set in black and that’s all.

Thank you so much for passing by today.
Have an amazing new week. Big hugs, Silvia.
