Happy Halloween mixed media card

Helloooooooo! Silvia’s here with you sharing a mixed media Halloween card.

I started cutting a panel from lilac cardstock and I ink blended it with milled lavander, wilted violet, villainous potion  and black soot Distress Oxide inks.

I splattered with clean water, tone on tone inks and white and black acrylic paints.

Once dry, I applied balck opaque Distess texture paste through the “Starstruck” stencil and I set it aside.

I then die cut the jack o’ lantern mug with the “Boo Brew” die set, I ink blended it with wild honey, spiced marmelade and cracklin’ campfire Distress Oxide inks, I splattered it with clean water and white and black acrylic paints.

I glued everthing together.

For the sentiment I first heat embossed the word “happy” from the “Simply Sentimental: Halloween” stamp set on a piece of black cardstock.

Then I die cut the word “halloween” with the “Simply Sentimental: Halloween” die set and I put everything together using a mix of liquid glue and foam tape.
