Gingerbread Take Out Coffee Cup
Happy Thursday, friends!! Brenda here with a coffee cup shaped card featuring the Take Out Coffee Cup Dies, Coffee on the Go Die Set and the Cup Character – Gingerbread Add-on Dies!!
I began by die-cutting the card base from heavyweight white cardstock with the die in the Take Out Coffee Cup Shaped Die Set. I folded it along the score line and reinforced the fold with a Teflon Folding Tool.
The main part of the coffee cup was cut from brown cardstock and the lid and stopper from white using the Take Out Coffee Cup and Coffee on the Go Die Sets. I added shading to the outside of the die-cuts with dye inks using Blending Buddy Brushes.
All the decorations for the cup were cut from glossy white, brown, red, pink, metallic red and glossy black cardstock using the Cup Character – Gingerbread Add-on Die Set.
The arms were adhered to the card base first with liquid glue. Next, the base and lid were adhered, also using liquid glue.
All the decorations were also adhered with liquid glue and this card was finished.
I love the glossy cardstock. I think it makes it look more like frosting!!
