Enjoy the Christmas Festivi-cheese

Hello, fellow crafters!! Brenda here with a Christmas card featuring the Festivi-cheese Stamps and Coordinating Dies and Holiday Wreath Circle Card Add-on Die Set from the newest release, along with a few older goodies!!

I started by stamping the images in the Extra Cheese and Festivi-cheese Stamp Sets onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. I colored them with Copic markers, then used the Extra Cheese and Festivi-cheese Coordinating Dies to cut them out.

For the background, I stenciled the Cheesy Background Stencil onto a panel of yellow cardstock using darker yellow dye inks and a Blending Buddy Brush. The panel was die-cut with the second largest die in the A2 Clean Cut Layers Rectangles Set B Die Set, then splattered with diluted yellow ink and white bleed-proof ink.

A panel of red cardstock was die-cut with the largest die in the A2 Clean Cut Rectangles Layers Set A Die Set and the second largest die in the same die set was cut from white cardstock.

The smaller wreath in the Holiday Wreath Circle Add-on Die Set was cut twice from green cardstock and the bow was cut from red cardstock. I added shading with dye inks using Shading Sidekick Brushes.

All the rectangle layers were stacked and adhered together with liquid glue. The wreath was also adhered with liquid glue and the bow was adhered with a combination of liquid glue and foam squares.

The accessories were added to the cheese characters and they were popped up in the middle of the wreath with foam squares.

The sentiment, from the Festivi-cheese Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto red cardstock, cut out with the Coordinating Die and popped up with foam squares. I used a black glaze pen to add shine to the eyes and a white gel pen to add details, highlights and snow. Clusters of Lipstick Red Pearl Embellishments were added to the wreath and this card was finished.

I’m a huge fan of “punny” sentiments!! I think this is just adorable!!

Thank you so. much for stopping by today!! Have a great Thursday!!

Brenda
