DAY FOUR – 12 Days of Christmas Tags
Hello there friends! Carrie Rhoades here sharing another Christmas tag with you. It’s all part of our 12 Days of Christmas Tags, where our designers share Christmas tags with you in the days leading up to Christmas. For Day Four I made a tag that holds a gift card and is a shaker! And I made a video tutorial for you so you can see it being created. The base of this tag is the Gilded Gift Frame Cut and Foil set. I think it might be a slightly overlooked set. It’s stunning!
I hot foiled the gift frame with Aura foil and then colored in the image with alcohol markers. This gift looks just as good hot foiled on colored card stock and not colored in. This set comes with two dies, one to cut out the image and the other to cut a window in the center of the gift. Making it perfect for creating a shaker. Which I share how to do in the video tutorial.
Also, this set is purposefully designed to fit a gift card!
So, why not do both and add a gift card to this shaker!!!
To complete my tag I added the Tiny Elf that wrapped this stunning present. He delivers the message: No Peeking! I created this custom sentiment using the Sundae Swirl Alphabet. I love how the letters are designed to fit together for a script look!
