A Happy Easter Card with the new Sugar Egg Builder set
Hi there and happy Monday! Silvia’s here with you today!
There’s a new mini release over the Trinity Stamps shop called Sugar Egg Builder, it’s super cute and this is my first card featuring it.

I started cutting a 5,5″x4,25″ panel from white cardstock, I applied some light blue water reactive ink on the “Halftone Texture” stencil, I sprayed it with water and I pressed the white panel over it.
I set it aside and I let it dry.

Then I die cut a Easter egg silhouette from white alcohol friendly cardstock with the smallest die from the “Sugar Egg Builder” coordinating die set and I stamped the beautiful images from the “Sugar Egg Builder” stamp set in the middle of it with ground espresso Distress archival ink .

I colored the images with alcohol markers and I darkened the edges of the egg with kitsch flamingo and lumberjack plaid Distress Oxide inks, I splattered with clean water, white and rose acrylic paint and I put it aside.

Next I splattered the card base with clean water and white and gold acrylic paints and I let it dry.

I then used the “Easter Basket Add-on” to die cut a beautiful bow and some tiny flowers and I stamped one of the “Sugar Egg Builder” stamp set on the egg shaped panel.

I put everything together with a mix of liquid glue and foam tape.

That’s all!

Thank you so much for stopping by today.
Have a fantastic new week. Big hugs, Silvia.
