A Christmas Scrapbook Layout
Hello there! Silvia’s here with you on the Trinity Stamps blog sharing a fun Christmas scrapbook layout.

I love taking photos and collecting them in handmade album, so today I’m going to show you how I made these two Christmas pages.

I started cutting a 6″x8″ panel using a patterned paper, I blended some white ink around the edges with a blending brush and I splattered with white and gold acrylic paints.
I then applied white Distress grit paste through the “Snowfall” stencil and I added a bit of it on the edges with my fingers.

I then used two smaller panel cut from pink pattened papers, I darkened edges with vintage photo Distress Oxide ink, I torn the edges with a scissor and I attached them on the base with double sided tape. I used the same tape to add my Christmas cheers photo over them.

At this point I needed some embellishments and I made them using some die sets.

I first cut four snowflake using the “Big Snowflake Cut & Foil” set, twice from vellum, one from white cardstock and one from white glittered cardstock, and I glued them on the page with liquid glue.

Next I used the “Big Joy Cut & Foil” set to cut a word from black cardstock and one word from gold cardstock, I glued them one above the other and I put it in my layout.

I finally die cut big bow from red cardstock using the “Half Pint Jar” coordinating dies and I glued it in the center of a snowflake.

For the other page I used one of the dies from the “Clean Cut Layers-Circles Set B” to cut a semicircle from a light blue patterned paper and I applied some white Distress grit paste all over the edges.
I cut the Merry Christmas words from red cardstock with the “Simply Sentimental-Merry” and the “Simply Sentimental-Christmas” die sets, I applied some Distress snowfall paste and glitter on them and I let it dry.

I glued them on the semi circle page with liquid glue and I embellished both pages with some gold stars that I die cut with the “Emergency Card Essentials set #2”.

That’s all. I hope you’ll enjoy them .

Thank you so much for stopping by today.
Have a fantastic new week. Big hugs, Silvia.
