Have A Super Sweet Birthday With Sprinkles On Top

Happy Thursday, Trinity friends!! Brenda here with a bright and colorful birthday card featuring some goodies from the June release!! I’ll be back next week with a card created with the July release, but I didn’t have a chance to use all the products from the June release, so I’ll be mixing some of those in here and there!!

I started by stamping one of the images in the Pantry Box Greetings Stamp Set and the sub-sentiment from the Greetings Fro-you Cards Stamp Set onto white cardstock with Copic-friendly black ink. I colored them with Copic markers, added highlights with a white gel pen, then used the Pantry Box Greetings and the Greetings Fro-you Cards Coordinating Dies to cut them out. I also die-cut another layer of the sub-sentiment from bight pink cardstock and adhered it behind the stamped one with liquid glue, slightly offset.

Next, I pressed the Sprinkles Letterpress Die onto a panel of white cardstock using dye inks that closely matched my focal point image and the BetterPress System. The panel was die-cut with the largest die in the Dainty Scallop Rectangles Die Set. A panel of blue cardstock was die-cut with the largest die in the A2 Rectangle Clean Cut Layers Set A Die Set.

The bowl of ice cream was created by die-cutting the bowl and ice cream from white cardstock and the spoon from frosted silver cardstock using the Tiny Bowl Buddy Die Set. I used Copic markers to color and add shading to the die-cuts, added highlights with a white gel pen, then adhered everything together with liquid glue.

The two rectangle panels and the large sentiment image were adhered together with liquid glue.

The sub-sentiment and the bowl of ice cream were both popped up with foam squares.

Lastly, I pulled sprinkles from the Teenie Tiny Clay Sprinkles that matched my color combo and adhered them to the ice cream with liquid glue.

I HAD to add sprinkles so it would match the sentiment, right?!?

That does it for me today!! Thank you so much for stopping by!!

Brenda
