Under the Sea card

Hi there and welcome back to the Trinity Stamps blog! Silvia’s here with you today sharing a under the sea themed card.

I started cutting two 5,5″x4,25″ panels from white cardstock and I used the “Arch Shaped A-7 Card” die set to cut a window in the center of one of them.

I then used one of the dies from the “Tiny Island” set to create an ocean waves stencil and I ink blended the other white panel with broken china and mermaid lagoon Distress Oxide inks.

I splattered with clean water, tone on tone inks, salvaged patina Distress Spritz and  white acrylic paint and I set it aside.

I used the “Tiny Aquarium Elements”, the “Fish Bowl Circle Card Add-on” and the “Porthole Circle Card Add-on” die sets to cut all the pieces I needed to build up my scene from alcohol friendly white cardstock, I colored them with alcohol markers and I glued them together.

I heat embossed in black one of the big hello from the “Simply Sentimental – Hello” stamp set in the center of the inky panel and I put everything together using a mix of liquid glue and foam tape.
