Happy Easter – Egg Shaped Card
Happy Thursday, friends!! Brenda here with a simple shaped Easter card to share with you today!! Perfect when you need a last-minute card!!
I began by die-cutting the solid egg in the Happy Easter Egg Add-on Die Set from white cardstock. I used Blending Buddy Brushes to add Salty Ocean, Wilted Violet, Kitsch Flamingo and Mustard Seed Distress Inks with a light hand.
I added the Halftone Stencil over the egg, then blended the same colors of Distress Ink over it with Blending Buddies, using a heavier hand.
The inner and outer dies in the Happy Easter Egg Add-on Die Set were taped together and cut from silver glitter cardstock.
The card base was cut from heavyweight white cardstock using a die from the Egg Shaped Card Die Set. It was folded along the score line and reinforced with a teflon folding tool.
Both of the die-cuts were adhered to the card base with liquid glue.
A sprinkle of Silver Twinkle Stardust Rhinestones finishes off the card.
