Santa Take-out Coffee Cup
Hello, friends and happy Thursday!! Brenda back with another take-out coffee cup!! I absolutely love all the add-on sets for the Take-out Coffee Cup Shaped Card Die Set!! This week’s cup features the Cup Character – Santa Add-on Die Set!!
I started by die-cutting the base of the card from the Take-out Coffee Cup Shaped Card Die Set from heavyweight white cardstock. I used a Shading Sidekick brush to add pale gray die ink to the edges at the top of the front of the card base. I folded it along the score line and reinforced it with the Teflon Folding Tool.
Next, I die-cut the pieces from red and white cardstock using the Take-out Coffee Cup Shaped Card Dies and the Coffee On the Go Die Set. I added a bit of blending to the edges using light gray and dark red dye inks with Blending Buddy and Shading Sidekick brushes.
Next, I die-cut all the pieces from the Cup Character – Santa Add-on Die Set from blush, black, red, white and mirror gold cardstock. The red die-cut is from the Cup Character – Gingerbread Add-on Die Set. I also added shading and rosy cheeks to these die-cuts with Shading Sidekick brushes.
All the die-cuts were adhered to the card base with Bearly Art Liquid Glue using a Glue Press.
I added a Ruby Radiance Transparent Rhinestone to the center of the stopper and this card was finished.
