‘Tis the Season to be Jolly – Ornament Circle Card

Hello, crafters!! Brenda back with another round card!! I just can’t get enough!! I love the different, unexpected shape!! My card today features several new goodies from the latest release: the Holiday Wreath Circle Card Add-on Dies, Tiny Elf Die Set and the Tiny Santa Dies!!

I started by die-cutting all the pieces for the elf and Santa from two shades of aqua, red, pink, brown, black, matte gold and white cardstock using the Tiny Elf and Tiny Santa Die Sets. I added shading to the die-cuts with dye ink and Shading Sidekick Brushes. All the pieces were adhered together with liquid glue, then I added highlights with a white gel pen.

I die-cut the card base in the Circle-Shaped Card Die Set from heavyweight white cardstock and folded it along the score line. The elements in the Holiday Wreath Circle Card Add-on Dies were die-cut from two shades of green, red and aqua cardstock. The die-cuts were adhered to the card base with liquid glue and the loops of the bow were popped up with foam tape.

I splattered the wreath, elf and Santa with diluted white bleed-proof ink.

The sentiment, from the Holiday Gnome Stacks Stamp Set, was white heat embossed onto red cardstock and cut out with the Coordinating Die. I blended a bit of darker red dye ink along the bottom with a Shading Sidekick Brush.

The elf and Santa were popped up with foam squares, along with the sentiment.

The ornament topper in the Snowglobe Circle Card Add-on Set was cut from matte gold cardstock and heavyweight white cardstock and adhered to the top of the wreath with liquid glue.

I added some highlights to the ornaments with a white gel pen and some Gold Satin Baubles to finish off the card.

That does it for me today!! Thank you so much for stopping by!!

Brenda
