Let’s Be Merry

Hello crafty friends and happy Monday! Silvia’s here with you with a festive card today.

I started cutting white panel and I created a background on it stamping randomly the merry christmas words from the “Simply Sentimental: Merry” and “Simply Sentimental: Christmas” stamp sets in red.

I then darkened edges with vintage photo and walnut stein Distress Oxide inks, I splattered with clean water and white and gold acrylic paints and I applied some white paint on the edge too.

I set it aside and I let it dry.

I cut the beautiful wreath from the “Holiday Wreath Circle Card Add-on” die set from colored cardstock and I darkened edges with tone on tone Distress Oxide inks.

I made the same with the lovely gingerbread house from the “Snowglobe Circle  Card Add-on” die set and I glued all the pieces together with liquid glue.

I heat embossed one of the sentiment from the “Simply Sentimental: Merry” stamp set on red cardstock and I put everything togehter using a mix of liquid glue and foam tape.

Here are some close-ups.

That’s all.

Thank you very much for stopping by today, I hope you’ll enjoy the card as much as I do.

Have a fantastic new week. Big hugs, Silvia.
