Owl Be There For You

Hi everyone,

Ilina here! Today I am sharing a card using the Hoot Hoot Hooray set, coordinating stencil and dies, along with the Reverse Floral Background stamp to create a pattern.

To make the card, start by stamping the owl and coloring it using the coordinating stencil. Die cut using the coordinating die. Add highlights using white gel pen.

Also stamp the pattern on pool colored cardstock using pool ink to get monochromatic look.

 

Cut piece from white cardstock measuring 4” x 5 1/4”. Cut piece from the stamped pattern to 1 1/2” x 4” and a strip from black cardstock.

Stamp sentiment and die cut using the coordinating die.

Assemble the elements on the white panel using foam tape. 

Create a black card base (piece of cardstock measuring 8 1/2” x 5 1/2” , scored at 4 1/2”)

Using foam tape adhere the panel. Your card is done!!!
