Thanks Snow Much

Hello everyone! I hope you are doing well. It’s Von Marie from Vonmariedesign and I am so happy to be on the blog today. I have a Fun Thank you card using the New A7 Snowflake Frame Die Set and Simply Sentimental Thanks Stamp Set from the latest Release.

I first cut out the A7 Snowflake Die with some white 100lb cardstock. This is such a great die it comes with word and shadow dies as well as snowflakes and a inner rectangle piece which I will use on this card.

I inkblended the snowflake frame with some Prize Ribbon Distress Oxide ink and Villainous Distress Oxide ink using my Blending Buddy Brushes. You can probably tell I love purple and blue and snowflakes from some previous projects.

Next, I stamped and head embossed my sentiments from the New Simply Sentimental Thanks Stamp Set on Blue cardstock with Versamark ink and White embossing powder. There are dies for the Thanks Stamp Set but on this project I fussy cut the Big Thanks out with my scissors. I cut the other sentiment into a banner strip using my paper cutter. Then I cut out that rectangle die from Silver glitter cardstock and used the snowflake dies to leave windows in my panel.

I used the Vanilla Sugar snowflake embellishments and copic colored them with markers that matched. It was so fun to do that. Now, it’s time to assemble this card together.

I used some more word dies like the “snow word die” that I cut out with blue cardstock and ink blended the shadow diecut with the same distress inks to match. The “much sentiment” is cut out with white foam. I added acetate and foam to the back of my silver glitter inner rectangle panel and glued some of those colored snowflakes embellishments in the inside before gluing it onto my frame. Two of my sentiments are glued with foam and the rest is glued with liquid glue. I added some colored snowflakes and added my panel to a 5×7 white card base. I hope you like what I created. I love all the different words/sentiments in all different fonts and styles.
