Sweetheart Valentine
Hello everyone! Shanna here today with a fun Valentine’s Day inspired card featuring the Sweeter Than stamp set, Catching Some Rays stencil, and the Slimline scenic borders die set!
I used the cloud die in the Scenic borders to create a stencil for my background. I cut a piece of acetate and ink blended over it…you will definitely be seeing more of this from me! I loved how it turned out, and the fact that the stencil is long enough for my slimline cards! Total win 🙂
I masked off a straight line and then started my Catching Rays stenciling over my clouds. I used Nuvo embellishment mousse in a fun metallic red and Gina K Glitz gel in purple for a fun mixed media sparkle to my sky.
My lollipops were stamped using a mask, then colored with alcohol markers. Lastly, the sentiment came from the Sweet Senti-Mini stamp set.
