Happy Valentine’s Day – Bon Bon Box

Hello, fellow crafters!! I hope you’re having a great day!!

There’s just a few more days to get your Valentine’s Day cards done!! If you haven’t finished yours, hopefully my card today will serve as some inspiration!!

I began by stamping the heart box from the Bon Bon Box Stamp Set and the small bow from Big Bows Little Bows onto white cardstock with InkOn3 Blackout Ink. The sentiment, also from the Bon Bon Box Set, was white heat embossed onto black cardstock. I colored the images with Copics and cut them out with the Bon Bon Box and Big Bows Little Bows coordinating dies. I also die-cut the candy shapes and colored them with Copics. I used the decoration images in the set as inspiration and drew them on with a white gel pen.

Next, I added highlights with a white gel pen and popped the candies and bow up onto the box with tiny pieces of foam tape.

Here, you can see the dimension that this adds!! It really takes it up a notch!!

For the background, I die-cut a panel from a piece of patterned paper in the All Heart Paper Pad with the second largest die in the Modern Embossed Rectangle Stack Die Set. The All Heart Paper Pad is free until February 14th with a $60 purchase. (See the graphic at the end of this post!) I adhered the die-cut panel to a white top-folding card base.

I also used the Bon Bon Box Dies to die-cut three of the boxes from heavyweight white cardstock and adhered them behind the colored one for dimension.

The sentiment die-cut was popped up with a double layer of foam tape and I was finished!!

I just LOVE all of the dimension!!

Here is the info on the All Heart Paper Pad:

Thanks so much for stopping by today!! Have a wonderful day and I’ll see you back here next Thursday!! Have a great Valentine’s Day!!
